kunsthallekleinbasel independent artist-run initiative Switzerland
was developed by the Swiss artist, curator and art educator Jasmin Glaab, who has been the founding curator, archivist, manager and operator of the independent non-profit artist-run initiative and educational network since 2014.
kunsthallekleinbasel operates independently of public funding as a community of interest. The nomad initiative is based and regularly hosts exhibitions in Switzerland and participates in art fairs and festivals throughout Europe. Check out our online archive!
kunsthallekleinbasel has realized more than 50 exhibitions in collaboration with over 100 artists, historians, art educators, photographers and other cultural professionals operating in the field of fine art and non-profit culture. The exhibitions are accompanied by concerts, performative actions, educational and networking programs.
